Paolino is a modern and elegant lace-up shoe and is the result of combining SOFT AIR technology and the GOODYEAR WELT technique. Entirely handmade with incomparable quality and craftsmanship. One of the most difficult manufacturing processes in shoe making. The Goodyear Welt is typical of very high end footwear. It is an extremely durable construction, allowing for the soles to be replaced over and over again. It is not uncommon for the owners of these shoes to see a life of 20 years. Latex foam mid-soles use Soft-Air Technology providing light airy cushioning to every step, relieving impact on the knees, hips and lower back. The natural rubber outersole has been mixed with oxygen to ad compression and shock absorption and to reduce weight.
